A man’s body was found early Friday in Adams Township and authorities are investigating the case as a possible homicide.
State Police in Butler are offering up few details other than saying a homicide investigation is underway.
Sources indicate the man’s body was found about 3 a.m. on Downieville Road near Mars Valencia Road. His identity has not been released nor the cause of death.
Several police departments were on scene Friday including State Police, Adams Township, Cranberry Township and the Northern Regional Police Department.
