An Armstrong County man has been charged with repeated forcible rape of a juvenile.
According to State Police, 46-year-old William Snoots of Kittanning repeatedly held down and raped the 15 year old victim between January and July of this year.
Police also say that Snoots has been engaged in this behavior since the victim was four years old.
Snoots was apprehended without incident in Kittanning and has been booked into the Armstrong County Jail.
