A state official is visiting a local business Friday to talk about the importance of 21st century workforce development and training.
As part of the Governor’s ‘Jobs that Pay’ tour, Department of Labor and Industry Deputy Secretary Eileen Cipriani will be stopping by Penn United Technologies on Bonniebrook Road in Cabot.
She will visit the L.I.G.H.T. (Learning Institute for the Growth of High Technology) Center training facilities as well as discuss the department’s Apprenticeship Training program.
