Glade Run Lutheran Services has reached a settlement with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to continue operations.
The agency pulled the license of the residential treatment facility for youth last year following an investigation into allegations of child-on-child sexual abuse.
The new agreement requires Glade Run to increase staffing on a daily basis and increase the frequency and documentation of observations.
The settlement will last for at least the next five years and covers all of Glade Run’s current and future facilities.
