The Financial Field Manual is a personal finance guide with information especially important for PA residents who joined US armed forces after 2006.
One of the many things the manual can help with is a decision that residents who joined the military after 2006 need to make about choosing a retirement system. The manual is made possible with the help of the Investor Protection Trust and the Investor Protection Institute.
