The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is hearing a case about the legality and loopholes for skill game terminals.
The suit was filed in 2019 in Dauphin County when a skill game terminal was taken from a bar that the Commonwealth deemed too difficult.
Lower courts ruled in favor of the bar but the Attorney Generals office has appealed the case to the state supreme court.
The Pennsylvania legislature has often attempted to regulate these games but so far no bills have gone to the governor’s desk.
The highest court in the state could see thousands of skill game terminals removed depending on the ruling.
