Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday has joined a coalition of state attorney generals to support Civil Legal Services for Veterans and older adults in rural Pennsylvania.
The coalition includes 39 other attorney generals and it’s asking for funding for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC), which provides attorneys to areas that have attorney shortages including in Butler County.
The letter is addressed to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees, and the House and Senate Subcommittees on Commerce, Justice, Science, and related Agencies.
LSC claims that for every $1 given they return $7 on the investment.
