A local school is celebrating a historic anniversary tomorrow.
Saint Wendelin School is marking 170 years with an opening school mass on Wednesday (8/26) at 10:15 a.m.
Along with Father Matthew McClain and Principal JoLynn Clouse, Bishop David Zubik will attend the mass to celebrate the oldest catholic school in the diocese of Pittsburgh.
Ten full time teachers and two part time teachers instruct 118 kindergarten through eighth grade students at the school.
