The head coach of Slippery Rock University’s women’s basketball team died suddenly over the weekend.
An email from university president Dr. Bill Behre confirmed that Bobby McGraw passed away unexpectedly on Sunday.
McGraw had recently completed his 8th season as the head coach for Slippery Rock University.
He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Military Police and was a retired state police trooper.
McGraw was a graduate of Mars High School and played college basketball at BC3 and Clarion.
