Slippery Rock University’s marching band will be ringing in the New Year internationally in 2024.
The Marching Pride learned earlier this week that they have been selected to perform in the London New Year Day Parade two years from now.
The parade is a very popular event in London, with nearly a half million people in attendance each year.
Parade organizers learned of SRU’s Marching Pride after watching their performance in Dublin, Ireland for the New Year celebration in 2019.
