An event tomorrow at Slippery Rock University will focus on recovery from substance abuse.
The event is called Courageous Conversations and it’s taking place this Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Smith Student Center.
There will be a panel discussion, interactive situations, and small group conversations. Dr. Michael Lynch, who is the director of UPMC’s substance abuse disorder department will give a keynote address.
