A gas station has opened on the site of a former community center.
A Speedway gas station and convenience store is now serving customers at the corner of Hansen Avenue and Fairground Hill Road in Butler Township, near the Butler City border.
Work on the store started in July. It was built on property that previously housed the Dunbar Center.
The Butler Township commissioners gave approval to Speedway to build the station several years ago.
