The Butler BlueSox defeated Champion City 3-0 last night. Nick Bucci pitched a complete-game shut-out for Butler. Bucci allowed just three hits, striking out five. He did not walk a batter. The Sox struck out 17 times in the pitchers duel, but scored the winning runs in the seventh and eighth inning for the victory. The Sox improved to 16-15 this season. They visit Chillicothe tonight to begin a four-game road trip.
