The South Butler School Board and the district’s teachers have still not come to an agreement.
The two sides met again last night for the third time this week. The teachers are expected to officially go on strike today. The district had already cancelled school for South Butler students today in preparation.
This will mark the fifth teachers strike in South Butler in the past 40 years. It’s unclear how long a strike will last.
