Firefighters had a difficult time making it to the scene of a fire in Fairview Township Thursday evening.
The fire started about 6 p.m. at a home in the 100-block of Greenhill Road near Karns City High School.
Crews from Petrolia and Chicora were among those called to the scene. As they were on their way, one of their vehicles reportedly slid off Pine Road.
No one is believed to have been injured in the fire. The extent of damage done to the home is unclear.
