It’s April 19…and it’s snowing!
The snow was sticking on the ground in Butler Township on Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service was forecasting snow showers to fall before noon, with “little to no snow accumulation expected.” We’ll see mostly cloudy skies with a high near 38 degrees.
According to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, the record snowfall for this date was 2 inches, set back in 1907.
