It’s another morning of where most of Butler County is waking up to snow covered roads and sidewalks.
But, there’s also a lot of ice that county residents have to deal with. Last evening, the rain showers switched into freezing rain which led to a decent coating of ice in the area.
That eventually turned into snow, giving us some dangerous road conditions this morning.
All Butler County school districts have either closed or moved to remote learning today.
Right now, First Energy is reporting around 470 residents without power this morning. Central Electric says around 55 of their members do not have power at the moment.
