Slippery Rock University is seeing a slight decline in enrollment to start the year.
For the spring semester, the university says that total enrollment is down nearly 4 percent compared to the spring semester of 2021.
Overall, that works out to just over 7,700 students this semester.
University officials cite the ongoing pandemic and “challenging economic conditions.”
