Police are looking for a man who left the scene of an accident in Slippery Rock Thursday morning.
According to State Police, 38-year-old Brian Lawry of Slippery Rock was traveling south on Route 8 Thursday (1/28) at 7 a.m. when he spun out, left the road, and flipped over.
Lawry fled the scene but called his father, who was the owner of the vehicle, to tell him about the crash and that he was not hurt. Lawry’s vehicle was moderately damaged and needed to be towed. Police believe that Lawry fled the scene because he has an active arrest warrant.
Traffic citations have been filed against Lawry.
