With many other events cancelled and venues closing, the show will go on this weekend at the Butler Little Theatre.
An Inspector Calls will be performed Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. as well as a Sunday matinee at 2:30 p.m. Additional shows will be performed on next Tuesday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Director Dennis Casey explains the appeal of the show that debuted in 1945 but is set in England in one night in 1912.
Tickets are $13 for reserved seats. Visit the Butler Little Theatre website for more information.
The Little Theatre has only ever had one show cancellation and that happened in the 1970s due to a situation with severe cold but if a decision is made to cancel, that information will be publicized with as much advance notice as possible.
