Police are investigating what they’re calling an attempted homicide over the weekend in Slippery Rock.
Butler State Police say just after midnight on Sunday morning three black males exited a vehicle at The Grove apartment complex on Harmony Road and fired several rounds from at least two handguns at a gray Pontiac Grand Prix that was entering the complex.
Police have not been able to identify the suspects. There was no description from police about their vehicle.
They also say it’s unknown if anyone was shot. No victims have been identified.
The Grove is an off-campus apartment complex located near Slippery Rock University.
