When you drive by a Sheetz gas station this week, you may notice that the price for certain blends of gasoline are going to be discounted.
The popular gas station is knocking the price down of unleaded 88 to $3.99 per gallon and E85 to $3.49 per gallon.
However, drivers should know these gas blends are not for all types of vehicles.
According to the EPA, unleaded 88 can be used for cars, trucks, and SUVs that are a 2001 model and newer.
Meanwhile, E85 is just for vehicles that are designated as “flex fuel” due to its higher ethanol content.
Sheetz officials say they’re trying to offer some relief for drivers for the holiday weekend.
