The majority of Tuesday in western Pennsylvania should be mild, but we do have a slight risk of severe weather.
The day should start out mild with partly sunny skies. A high of 87 is expected.
According to the National Weather Service, there is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. The NWS issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook because ‘some of the storms could be severe.’ The main threats will be damaging winds, isolated tornadoes and possible localized flooding, according to the NWS.
