Residents of the Seneca Valley community are invited to join in a fun outdoor event later this week.
The 39th annual All District K-6 Track and Field Community Event will take place Friday at NexTier Stadium.
Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. with Seneca Valley Track and Field Team and coaches directing age-appropriate field events like softball throw and long jump starting at 6:15 followed by track events like sprinting and distance runs.
Those planning to participate should wear clothing that allows them to jump, run, and throw as well as bring a water bottle.
