Seneca Valley School District plans to once again honor local veterans at an upcoming football game.
The Veteran Recognition Event will take place on Friday, September 11th at the first official home game of the year.
Veterans will have the chance to join the team in the locker room and put American Flag stickers on the players’ helmets as well as be recognized in a pre-game ceremony. Participants will also receive free admission and special seating and parking for the game.
If you are a veteran or active member of the military and would like to participate, please send your information to Linda Andreassi wither through the mail at the school or by email at [email protected]. Registration is due by August 28th.
