The Pennsylvania Senate has approved legislation to allow ride-sharing companies like Uber and Lyft to operate in the state.
The Senate passed the bill Monday night, following House approval last week.
It now heads to Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, who says he plans to sign it.
Both companies are currently operating under temporary, two-year approval.
