A second person has been charged in the death of a Penn State professor who police say was pushed off a cliff at a quarry and fell 80 feet.
Danelle Geier, 32 was arraigned Saturday on charges including first-and-third-degree murder. George Ishler Jr., 39, had already been charged in the death. Both live near State College.
The pair is accused of killing Ronald Bettig,56, an associate professor of media studies. Authorities believe the pair believed they would gain financially from a will Bettig recently signed.
His remains were found Thursday.
Classes begin today at Penn State University.
