Work will soon begin on another medical marijuana dispensary in Butler County.
It will be called The Healing Center. Co-founder Chris Kohan hopes to start building late winter and open next summer or early fall.
“There is a lot of site development out there so there’s a lot of site work to be done,” Kohan said in an interview. “The goal is to get the site work done so that we’re ready to start building coming out of winter, and hopefully be ready late summer or at the latest, early fall.”
Cranberry is the third of The Healing Center’s three dispensaries with the first in Washington County, which opened in June and the second in Monroeville, which is set to open on Tuesday.
