Schools.com has named Butler County Community College the top community college in the state.
The online resource looked at several factors before compiling its list- including total cost, student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rate and number of transfer agreements with other institutions in Pennsylvania.
The report said an affordable tuition and a high transfer rate were the reasons BC3 earned the number one spot on the list.
