The Pennsylvania Department of Health announced that there are now over 10,000 people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.
As of Saturday afternoon, there were 10,017 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the Commonwealth. Locally, Butler County’s number of cases reached a total of 84 according to data from the Department of Health.
Here are the number of confirmed cases in other counties in the region.
- Allegheny County: 552
- Armstrong County: 12
- Beaver County: 69
- Lawrence County: 22
- Mercer County: 14
- Venango County: 3
A total of 136 people have died from COVID-19 in Pennsylvania, that includes two people in Butler County.
There have also been 60,013 negative tests confirmed in the state.
