The SAT is going to be a bit shorter for high school students in the next couple of years.
The College Board announced yesterday that the test would be shortened to two hours instead of three, and that it would be going fully online.
There were also other changes that included shorter reading passages that “reflect a wider range of topics.” More time is also going to be allowed between questions.
The change is expected to go into effect starting in 2024.
