A Sarver man is facing assault charges after he allegedly threatened to kill a Butler man during a bachelor party.
State Police were called to a home on Fallecker Road in Oakland Township about 2:30 a.m. Friday.
According to police, 24-year-old Cody Byers was at the Fallecker Road house for a bachelor party when he got drunk and urinated on the basement floor twice. When confronted by the host of the party- 26-year-old Joshua Swaney of Butler- Byers allegedly began to physically assault him.
Police say Byers allegedly squeezed Swaney’s neck and stated he was ‘going to kill him.’
Byers was charged with simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats.
