A Slippery Rock woman will be cited following an accident in Brady Township last week.
According to State Police, 47-year-old Dawn Brown was attempting to drive across Route 8 North from Hallston Road onto Centerville Pike just after 4 p.m. Friday.
At that time a vehicle being driven south on Route 8 by 40-year-old Vijaya Pappala of Franklin hit the side of Brown’s vehicle. Neither driver was injured but Pappala’s passenger, 32-year-old Neelima Prasant Theella, did require transport to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of a suspected minor injury.
Unionville Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene. Police cited Brown for a Stop and Yield Sign violation.
