The longtime leader of the Arc of Butler County has died.
Philip Rosenbauer passed away last Friday. He was the executive director at the Arc for 32 years until he retired in 2012. During that time, he was also an integral member of statewide boards advocating for the mentally challenged.
He also served on the PAR Board of Directors and the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board.
Friends will be received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home this Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon, with a service immediately afterwards.
Rosenbauer was 75.
