Butler attorney William “Wink” Robinson will be the next judge on the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.
Robinson was the only candidate to appear on the ballot, but faced a significant write-in campaign from former primary opponent Jennifer Gilliland-Vanasdale. Robinson won 74 percent of the vote yesterday, according to unofficial results.
Although the exact number of votes Vanasdale received is unknown, over 9,000 write-in votes were cast in the county.
