A food drive and clean up day is happening this weekend in order to benefit local veterans.
Robin’s Home and the Veteran’s HEART Resource Center are holding the event this Sunday.
Volunteers can help refresh landscaping at the Robin’s Home location on East Pearl Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The group will also be adding in raised garden beds.
Meanwhile, the Veteran’s Resource Center on Main Street will be holding a food drive seeking non-perishable food items.
The event is being held in coordination with Aramark Dining and their Building Community initiative.
