Local drivers should be aware of road work leading to delays around the area today.
First, Boydstown Road in Oakland Township will be closed between Mahood Road and Weed Road until 3 p.m. Thursday due to road repairs.
Also, drivers in Cranberry Township can expect intermittent delays on Freedom Road near Valley Forge and Park Drives due to the ongoing utility relocation project. That work should also conclude by 3 p.m.
Drivers should try to find alternative routes and avoid those areas if possible.
