The visiting Pittsburgh Riverhounds suffered their first loss of the season on Saturday, falling to the Colorado Springs Switchbacks by a final of 1-0.
Pittsburgh native Robbie Mertz received a red card at the 48 minute mark of Saturday’s game. Arturo Ordóñez received his second yellow card of the game in the second half, which put the Riverhounds down two players for the final moments of the game.
Pittsburgh will return to action this coming Saturday (April 15th) and will host the Rio Grande Valley FC at 7pm.
