After a federal judge rejected a Pennsylvania ballot requirement the national and state Republicans are going back to court.
The requirement that a ballot envelope be correctly dated was rejected and the state erred by not counting these ballots.
The Republican National Convention, National Republican Congressional Committee, and the State GOP are filing an appeal over this decision.
