A local lawmaker has announced the postponement of a second amendment rally planned for next week in Harrisburg.
According to State Representative Daryl Metcalfe, this year’s Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally planned for Monday at the State Capitol will no longer be taking place.
Metcalfe went on to say that “based on new information we received earlier today (Wednesday)…in the best interest of the rally’s attendees, speakers, and our men and women in blue who protect and serve” the rally would be postponed.
No alternative date for rescheduling this event was provided.
