U.S. Representative Mike Kelly will co-host a telephone town hall meeting on Wednesday with popular TV host Dr. Phil to talk about the ongoing opioid epidemic.
The telephone town hall is free for constituents in the 3rd and 10th congressional districts. Rep. Kelly is joining with U.S. Rep. Tom Marino for the event.
It runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Callers will be able to anonymously ask questions and receive guidance from Dr. Phillip McGraw and his team.
