Tuesday is the deadline to register for a food management program to be held next week in New Castle.
State Rep. Jaret Gibbons is offering the Food For Profit workshop Tuesday April 12 from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the New Castle Public Library.
The course is taught by instructors from Penn State Extension and designed to develop skills for people interested in setting up a commercial food service business.
