A local state representative is hosting a concealed carry seminar later this week.
Republican Aaron Bernstine will be hosting the event Wednesday evening at the Wayne Township Fire Hall in Ellwood City.
Bernstine says these seminars give gun owners a chance to learn about the laws when it comes to concealed carry and firearms safety.
No registration is necessary. The event begins at 5:30 p.m.
