Following two back-to-back major hurricanes, the Red Cross is desperately looking for volunteers.
The organization is holding volunteer “boot camps” to quickly train people. There is a camp being offered on Thursday at the Herman Volunteer Fire Department in Butler County.
The class is free but you must be 18 years old and willing and able to accept a 2-3 week deployment if needed.
