Officials with the American Red Cross say since they issued their first-ever blood crisis alert, they’ve seen an increase in donations.
However, even as donations went up, blood supply still remains at a dangerously low level according to the Red Cross.
Starting next month, those who donate blood through the Red Cross will receive a $10 gift card to Amazon.
