Red Cross officials are stressing the need for more blood donations in the wake of the recent tornadoes in the south and mid-west.
More than 200 blood products were needed immediately after Saturday’s storms in Kentucky, with the Red Cross believing more will be needed in the future.
They also add that local supply will be strained due to the devestation. Two local drives are upcoming that will help contribute.
