Rascal Flatts have decided not to press charges against two teenagers who reportedly stole a $2,000 guitar belonging to the band when they performed on Friday (August 14th) at the Willamette Country Music Festival in Brownsville, Oregon. The guitar was taken from backstage.
According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl took the instrument, which was recovered by police. The teens were reportedly cooperative,and the guitar was undamaged.
In other Rascal Flatts news, the trio has lent their voice to the new We Love Disney compilation. The group recording the song “Let It Go” from Frozen along with Lucy Hale. Other acts on the compilation include Kacey Musgraves, Gwen Stefani, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Ne-Yo and Ariana Grande.
