Severe weather is possible in Butler County on Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, numerous thunderstorms, with scattered incidents of severe weather, are likely Wednesday afternoon and early evening.
“The primary severe threats range from damaging wind gusts and isolated large hail. Isolated tornadoes are possible,” according to a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued by the NWS.
It’s expected to be warm and humid, with a high temperature near 80 degrees.
Following the storms will be a cold front. Wednesday’s low will be in the mid-50s.
After Wednesday, the forecast looks great with dry conditions and sunny skies through Sunday.
