Runners took to the streets this weekend for the annual Butler Road Race.
The race has been a mainstay in Butler- around for more than 40 years. This was the first year it was presented by the Butler YMCA, with proceeds going towards the Y’s annual Support Campaign.
In the 5-mile race, 26-year-old Nick Edinger took the top spot for the males with a time of 26:26.
56-year-old Tina Seech was the fastest female runner, with a time of 33:14.
In the 2K race, 24-year-old Tim Flynn was the fastest male, with a time of 6:04. 24-year-old Emily Lamb was the fastest female, with a time of 7:54.
