The city of Butler is giving the public an alternative to attending the next City Council meeting tonight due to the concerns over COVID-19.
A physical meeting will still take place at 7 p.m. in the City Building. As an alternative to attending in person, the meeting will be made available through Zoom Video Conference. This allows for public participation while maintaining healthy social distancing.
The meeting agenda includes a motion for repairs to the heat exchangers in the public safety building as well as a grant application for funding to be used for Main Street trees, tree wells, and trash receptacles. There will also be an opportunity for public comment on Zoom during the meeting.
The meeting will be recorded. For more information about how to log in and attend this meeting of Butler City Council, visit the “Schedule” portion of the City of Butler’s website.
